Set up a Brink employee for Lunchbox’s delivery, support, and customer success teams using Brink’s Admin Dashboard.
Ahead of Lunchbox onboarding a restaurant to our platform the restaurant must create an admin employee in Brink for our support and customer success teams.

The Lunchbox admin employee should be:
granted super admin access to all permissions
added to all locations that are currently being onboarded by Lunchbox’s Delivery team
Granting the Lunchbox Team access to the Brink backend and restaurant-facing POS provides our team visibility into your Brink environment to better troubleshoot issues that may arise in your POS. These permissions also provide our team with the ability to assist in configuration adjustments should they be necessary for a successful launch.
