Note: Restaurants moving from LB 1.0 to LB 2.0 do not have to complete this step. This step is for new restaurant partners only.
After the Restaurant Partner has filled out the Restaurant Setup Form. They must next reach out to Brink to request that Lunchbox be granted API access to their locations prior to onboarding. Without API access Lunchbox cannot begin the onboarding process for the partner.
Step 1: The Restaurant Partner must Email Brink requesting Lunchbox API Access - The following is the Brink API Access Email Template that should be sent.
Note: A restaurant partner’s Delivery Manager will send them the email template below to ensure we have proper API access.
To grant Lunchbox access to your POS, please send an email to the API team at Brink using this template:

I [Name of authorized user], authorize NovaDine/Lunchbox to access all POS data and receive the API Tokens for [Concept] for the following locations:” Then list all of your locations that NovaDine/Lunchbox will need access to, including any labs.

This template should be customized for the specific restaurant group.
Please CC the Client Success Manager (CSM) & Delivery Manager on the email.
This step must be completed within one day of project kick-off. If your location is delayed immediately reach out to your Delivery Manager to request access.
Step 2: Once the Restaurant’s request has been granted, an email will be sent from Brink Software to onboarding@lunchbox.io. The email will look like this.
