Comment Items are not required with the Revel Integration. Comments are mapped to the following endpoints within the Revel integration as Order Notes and Special Requests.

  • Order level comments sent through on orders are mapped to order level comments in Revel's orderInfo.notes.

  • Item level comments go into special_request at the Revel item level.
