2a - Confirm Location Info (Revel)

Let’s make sure information associated with your locations is up-to-date ahead of onboarding.

Please make sure that the Location Information for each of your locations in Revel is correct.

Note: You should walk through these steps for each of your locations.


Confirming Store Hours

Step 1: Log into your Management Console ([yoursubdomain].revelup.com) using the provided credentials, go to Settings > Basic POS Settings, and click Time Tables.

Step 2: Click + Add a Timetable

Step 3: Select each day of the week and enter the times that the restaurant is open.

Step 4: Click Save in the top right.


Confirming the Address and Phone Number

Note: When you first set up your Establishment with Revel, you are prompted to confirm your business information. This includes the owner name, address, phone number and email, as well as the business name, phone number, address, logo, and business details.

This information is set up on your initial purchase, but you can change it at any time. So if your address, phone number, email change - Revel gives you the power to update your business information.

Note: This information should be kept up to date in both the POS and admin dashboard for consistency in the event that we should ever need to pull a location sync.


Step 1: Log into your Management Console ([yoursubdomain].revelup.com).

Step 2: Click the Establishment link at the top of the page.

Step 3: Your current business information will be on the first page that opens:

To edit your business information, click the section you want to change, type in the new information, and click Save at the upper right-hand side of the section:

Note: Updating the phone number on the location tab will directly affect what number calls are routed to on the app during the post ordering process as well as on the order summary screen.
