1c - Create Lunchbox Employee for New Accounts (Toast)

Note: Skip this step if the Lunchbox employee already exists at a location of a MLM restaurant group. next step: Grant POS Access to Multiple Locations.

Step 1: On the Toast Admin Dashboard homepage, scroll down and click on Labor > Employees.

Step 2: Next select the + Add New Employee button

Step 3: Set up the employee using the following settings:

  • Invite to backend?: Yes

  • First Name: Lunchbox 

  • Last Name: Vendor_Integration

  • Email Address: info@lunchbox.io

  • Jobs: (Job Code Created by the Restaurant Partner called Lunchbox Employee)

Step 4: Click the Add button.
