You can access Availability via the left menu bar under Menus.

Availability is a shortcut to reach the right page when you 86 any item.

Search any item name in your menu, locate it, and mark it as sold out for today or indefinitely. If you do mark it as sold out for today, this item will be available automatically the next day.
