How to Automatically Confirm Orders

How to Automatically Confirm Lunchbox Essential Online Orders 

In this section, you can turn on or off the auto-order confirmation. This means the customer will get notifications right when they place their order. 

How to set up orders for Automatic Confirmation

• Click Settings on the side panel
• Select Auto Order Confirmation
• Check the box ACTIVATE AUTO ORDER CONFIRMATION 
• Check the box PICKUP to automatically accept Pickup Orders
• Select Pre-defined Estimated Times if one of the time zones provided is the correct Estimated Time for Pickup Orders and select one of the following times:
  • 10-15 minutes
  • 15-30 minutes
  • 30-45 minutes
  • 45-60 minutes
• Select I Want To Enter Estimated Time Manually to provide a custom Estimated Time for Pickup Orders and type in Estimated Time
• Click SAVE CHANGES 
• Repeat steps 4-7 for Delivery, Curbside, From Table, Eat In and Take Out to set up Auto Order Confirmation for each order type
• Click SAVE CHANGES when all order types are set as preferred

Click SAVE CHANGES

Repeat steps 4-7 for Delivery, Curbside, From Table, Eat In and Take Out to set up Auto Order Confirmation for each order type

Click SAVE CHANGES when all order types are set as preferred
