Otter integration enables Lunchbox ordering platforms to pull Restaurant Partners' menus from Otter and inject orders into the POS system.
NOTE: Otter integration with Lunchbox supports Web, App, and Catering platforms for single-brand Restaurant Partners, as well as Web and App platforms for Marketplace (multi-brand) restaurants with a single Otter account.

Limitations

- Compatibility with other LB Products
- Single-brand Restaurant Partners
- While Credit and Tier loyalty systems can be used, in-store earnings or redemptions are not supported.
- Scan-to-Pay, Pocket Kiosk, Subscriptions, and Lunchbox eGift Cards are not compatible with the Otter integration
- Marketplace (Multi-brand) Restaurant Partners
- All brands must be on a single Otter account to be compatible with Lunchbox Web and App platforms
- Catering ordering platform is not offered to multi-brand Restaurant Partners
- Scan-to-Pay, Pocket Kiosk, Subscriptions, and Lunchbox eGift Cards are not compatible with the Otter integration
- Single-brand Restaurant Partners
- Reporting
- Lunchbox reporting will be the source of truth for all reporting on Lunchbox orders
