Otter integration enables Lunchbox ordering platforms to pull Restaurant Partners' menus from Otter and inject orders into the POS system. 

NOTE: Otter integration with Lunchbox supports Web, App, and Catering platforms for single-brand Restaurant Partners, as well as Web and App platforms for Marketplace (multi-brand) restaurants with a single Otter account.

Limitations

  • POS Systems

  • Compatibility with other LB Products
    • Single-brand Restaurant Partners
      • While Credit and Tier loyalty systems can be used, in-store earnings or redemptions are not supported. 
      • Scan-to-Pay, Pocket Kiosk, Subscriptions, and Lunchbox eGift Cards are not compatible with the Otter integration
    • Marketplace (Multi-brand) Restaurant Partners
      • All brands must be on a single Otter account to be compatible with Lunchbox Web and App platforms
      • Catering ordering platform is not offered to multi-brand Restaurant Partners
      • Scan-to-Pay, Pocket Kiosk, Subscriptions, and Lunchbox eGift Cards are not compatible with the Otter integration
  • Reporting
    • Lunchbox reporting will be the source of truth for all reporting on Lunchbox orders
