Signing In and Recovering a Password
Access to the Lunchbox Admin Dashboard is provided as a means to allow you access to all features and functions available to your restaurant. This article explains different methods of how to sign in to the Lunchbox Admin Dashboard as well as how to recover a forgotten password.
How to sign in to the Lunchbox Admin Dashboard
Step 1: You can log in to the Lunchbox Admin Dashboard in one of two ways:
- Method 1: Visit the website directly at admin.lunchbox.io; you will be allowed to enter your email and password for the admin account that was created for you.
- Method 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the Lunchbox Website at lunchbox.io and you will see a Log In link under the Tech subsection. Selecting the link will conveniently open the page provided in Method 1. From here, you can enter your email and password for the admin account that was created for you.
NOTE: If you need an account created for you, reach out to the Owner or Technical representative of your organization, where they can follow [these instructions for creating a new Admin account.]
Step 2: If you’ve correctly entered your email and password, select the Login button on the Admin Dashboard sign-in page and you’ll be taken to your Admin Panel Dashboard Homepage.
How to recover a forgotten password
Step 1: If you have an account and have forgotten your password, you may select the Forgot Password link on the Login screen, and follow the steps written out for you to reset your password.
Step 2: On the window that appears, you input your email address and select the Send Code button to have a code emailed to you. It will allow you to reset your password.
