Analytics: User Retention

Overview

This report provides user acquisition and retention information, and can be filtered by date, location and/or source.

How are Users calculated?

New Users: Number of newly registered users during the selected time period.

Returning Users: The number of users who have newly registered and have at least two orders in the selected time interval.

New Users On Web: The number of users who registered on the web during the selected time period.

New Users On Android: The number of users who registered via Android phones during the selected time period.

New Users On IOS: Number of users who registered from IOS phones during the selected time period.
