Forwarding Main DID to Call Center DID

THE PROCESS

  1. Add New Super User

  1. Login as an Administrator in your Ring Central Account

  2. In Admin portal go to Users > Add New User

  1. Select Mobile User

  1. Uncheck Require unique email IDs.

  2. Enter email address taha.shafat@ccu360.com

  3. Enter First Name: Lunch Box

  4. Enter Last Name: Tech

  5. Enter Ext 999. (If it is not available use any other)

  6. Click Next

  1. Assign Super Admin Role

  1. In Admin portal go to Users > Chose Your New User > User Details > Settings and Permissions > Roles and then click EDIT and chose Super Admin

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Once you are done creating the Super Admin, we can contact Ring Central Support and make necessary changes on your behalf.
