Viewing your Lunchbox Tickets

Introduction
You can view your profile in Lunchbox Help Desk Management Software, view your submitted tickets, view tickets you are cc'd, view the tickets submitted by your organization, and your activity history. This article describes how to accomplish this by logging in to the Help Center.
Logging in to Lunchbox Help Center
Disclaimer:
The end-user registration process starts when you've accomplished at least one of the following:
- Visits the help center and clicks Submit a request
- Sends an email support request to your support email address for the first time
When you've done at least one of the following you can proceed to Step 2.
Step 1: Register an account:
Visits the help center and click Sign in then Sign up
You will then be redirected to this page.
After signing up you will receive a welcome email message that prompts you to verify your email address and create a password to sign in to Zendesk.
Step 2: Log in with your newly created account credentials:
If you've already submitted a ticket previously, you can click the link boxed in red to get a password. You will then receive a welcome email message that prompts you to verify your email address and create a password to sign in to Zendesk.
Step 3: After successfully logging in, you can click your name displayed on the top right to see different actions available for your profile.
For this article's purpose, let's click My Activities.
Navigating through the My activities page
The activities page gives you multiple options to see all your activity history within the Lunchbox Help Desk Management.
